Calculator inputs stay in your browser
The calculators process measurements, prices and results on your device. This release does not send those values or your draft contents to a server, analytics service or advertising system.
Copying a result uses your browser’s clipboard permission where available. Downloading creates a text file locally. Printing uses a temporary document in your browser. Choosing to email the site separately sends the contents you decide to include through your email provider.
Drafts and browser storage
Editing a calculator saves a draft in this browser tab when session storage is available. Selecting “Remember on this device for 7 days” also saves it in local storage. Drafts are separated by tool and version. They expire seven days after their latest save, and expired records are removed when the relevant calculator next checks them.
Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to access saved inputs. Uncheck device saving to remove the local copy, or use “Delete saved draft” in a tool. The privacy choices page can clear all drafts belonging to this version of ToolMix Lab. Browser settings can also remove site data. Deletion in one tab does not reset inputs already open in another tab.
Hosting requests
Opening a website necessarily sends network information such as an IP address, the requested address and browser request headers to its host. The release is prepared for Cloudflare Pages. The host may process request information to deliver and secure the service; its retention and handling are governed by the operator’s hosting arrangements and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
ToolMix Lab does not add a backend database or a server-side record of calculator results. A page address you share with room-transfer information in its fragment can expose those dimensions to the recipient. URL fragments are processed by the browser rather than included in the ordinary page request.
Advertising, analytics and cookies
This release includes no active advertising, analytics or tracking integrations and does not set tracking cookies. Calculator drafts use browser storage as described above. There is no advertising consent banner because no advertising provider is currently connected.
If optional services are introduced, their data practices and privacy controls need to be described here before activation. A self-built banner is not presented as a substitute for a required certified consent platform.
Questions and changes
Use the contact page for the available contact details. The site operator must provide its identity and any applicable contact information before production launch. This policy should be reviewed whenever the site’s actual processing changes.
